- First and foremost Chris is licensed by the state of North Carolina (License # 5532) to conduct Home Inspections.
- Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI (Largest Home Inspector trade organization in the U.S.)
- AHIT Graduate (American Home Inspector Training Institute)
- Member of Canopy MLS (the Charlotte area Multiple Listing Service)
- SUPRA Key holder
- Chris has been involved in the real estate industry for over 10 years.
Chris's History
Chris graduated from Penn State University. He and his wife, moved south from Pennsylvania and put down roots within the Charlotte community. When his children were young he was a Stay-At-Home Dad and Rental Property Manager. As his kids grew and he had more time, he followed his passion and real estate experience to establish Accolades Inspection Services LLC.
