Our inspectors are fully licensed by the state of North Carolina. Pool and Spa Inspections are completed to InterNACHI Pool/Spa Standards of Practice, by InterNACHI certified Inspectors. We carry both General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance. Inspectors engage in continuous training and education to further their knowledge and stay on top of new technology and building practices.

Adding an inspection of the pool and/or spa is an add-on service to residential home inspections and currently costs $175.00
