Builders tend to offer a 1 year warranty on the construction of your new home.
At day 366, you are on your own. Have a licensed Home Inspector inspect your new home before the warranty expires.
Why You Need One:
Typically builders offer a 1 year builder warranty on the homes they build. That means at day 366 all defects are your responsibility.
At Accolades Inspection Services LLC we recommend that all newly built homes are re-inspected around 10-11 months after completion. This gives your home and the installed systems time to expose defects that occurred during construction, with ample time to start the process of having the builder correct the issues under your home’s warranty.
What We Do:
We will inspect your home from top to bottom, inside and out, and create a detailed report that can be given to your builder. Hopefully we do not find anything, but if we do, better to know and have your builder address it. Plus, you will have the peace of mind knowing a licensed home inspector, working for you, checked your home before the warranty expired.
Licensed and Insured!
Our inspectors are fully licensed by the state of North Carolina. We carry both General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance. Inspectors engage in continuous training and education to further their knowledge and stay on top of new technology and building practices.
Pricing:
We customize pricing to the size, age, and features of your home so you know you are only paying for what you need. Most Builder Warranty Home Inspections cost between $300 and $600. Contact Us for specific pricing and scheduling.
